We stayed for two nights, the room was nicely furnished and clean, and the bathroom was also in good condition. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very diverse, everything was tasty, with plenty of options to choose from - we were very satisfied. I rate the wellness area positively, refreshments (water) were also avaible. I rate this guesthouse as excellent. I recommend it.

Place was pleasant to stay in, location to the ski slope was fantastic only a 7 min walk staff were super friendly and excellent and kept in contact to make sure we was happy and comfortable.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was a huge help for me, I appreciate it. <3 The room is excellent as promised: lovely mountain view; 2 windows, therefore sunny; nice design; cleanliness; bed very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and a large selection (yummy Polish cheese); a nice smiley lady freshly brews the coffee. It was a great help that they kept my luggage for a couple of hours. <3 The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre, but everything is nearby: grocery shop, authentic Polish restaurant (Karczma Zornica), café, pharmacy. Thank you for your hospitality, I will book with you on my next visit to Zakopane. :)
