Wonderful friendly and helpful staff (especially Alejandra - I hope Im spelling that correctly). The view from the balcony is just stunning, breakfast delivered to your room is decilicious and filling. Just be careful if you have problem with climbing stairs - there is no elevator.

We had a beautiful quiet room in a perfect location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised to find a washing machine in the room, which was great! The staff were amazing. Jessica and Afonso were so helpful, giving us great recommendations. They were very friendly and welcoming every time we passed through reception. - Breakfast The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from and very friendly staff,that was ready when you need something. - Pool The outdoor pool was clean and beautiful, with a lovely view over the city. I didn’t get a chance to see the indoor pool, but the weather was so nice that I didn’t need to. - Room The room was cleaned every day, and the restocking of water was a thoughtful touch—especially appreciated during the hot weather. The bathroom was great; I really enjoyed taking a shower each day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I fell asleep quickly every night.

This was a nice stay right at the heart of Lisbon with beautiful river views from the breakfast terrace. Close to everything but still very quiet. Minutes walk to Time Out Market and other great restaurants and bars and transport to Belem and Alfama.The room was spacious, very clean, the bed was super comfortable & the shower powerful.. The staff are amazing! Welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a wonderful choice and was very relaxed - great way to start your day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The location was very good. It was a 10 minute walk to the old center (there are no good hotels there) and in fornt of the hotel was the metro that took you there in 1 minute. The staff was more then friendly. Welcome drink, chocolates in the room. Pastry and port in the room as a welcome. The breakfast was perfect (bubbles included for who likes it in the morning).
