The best place we stayed in the Algarve, it exceeded our expectations by far. One of the calmest and most easy going hotel experiences we have ever had. Even though fully booked, there was so much space and calmness to find in the building. Fantastic location to walk to all main attractions of Tavira. The pool area was an oasis in the middle of the town. Fantastic breakfast, with fresh regional products and specialties. Very good and friendly service from the staff and the most amazing setting to eat inside the courtyard of the old monastery.

The atmosphere of the guest house is very cozy! You can feel that owner puts her heart in the place. The rooms are big and clean and the place is decorated with a beautiful art made by the owner, which you can also buy! The bathroom is clean and spacious and you’ll get plenty of towels. I also loved the rooftop terrace with an amazing view over the river and town. There is a small kitchenette at the first floor with an espresso machine, tea kettle and fridge. Everything is super close, especially the bus station is a minute away! You can find a jar at the reception for contributions to feed the stray cats and dogs, which I found really sweet. 100% recommend! I will definitely stay again if I am back to Tavira.

Great accommodation in central Tavira, situated between train station and city center. The room we boked had everything you needed for a few days: It was ok in size with a nice bed, nice bathroom and a fridge. Cutlery could be borrowed in the main kitchen where the great breakfast was served. All of the personal we met were really friendly and helpful, which really had a positive impact on our stay in Tavira.

It is a small guesthouse located in the first floor of a 19th century townhouse in Tavira’s historical centre. It is facing the historical building called Mercado da Ribeira and the river Gilão.
