Perfect hotel to enjoy your Omera. I fully recommend Swissotel Makkah for families, couples or friends. Receptionists are very gentle, helpful and cheerful. Long story short, everything I was in AlSafwa in 2009 and this is why I was there again and will be there every time inshallah. Staff not only kind but extremely generous. Service is immediate and more than your expectations. Cleaning is better than ever The staff called a taxi when I was leaving and they kindly offered their lemo if I don’t like the taxis Totally worth it
