What didn’t we like?! The room was incredible, the pools were out of this world, the spa was the best ever, the staff were amazing, the restaurants on site were so good and the hotel overall was one of the best I have ever stayed at. Location was perfect, in minutes you are shopping, dining, or on the beach .. all the staff were friendly, helpful, and patient - Tangmo and Tam were two wonderful people, they made you feel special - nearby Bangla Road is loud, but our room was silent .. beds were comfortable .. entire resort was clean .. the rooftop bar offered a gorgeous view of the setting sun while enjoying a cocktail .. I suggest booking a pool-access room for lasting memories ..
