The staff was absolutely amazing. Especially the hotel manager (from England). He and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always there to help out with every question we had. The private pool was a luxuary, the common pool area was very comfortable, the WiFi 10/10, it was quiet and the best place to relax and enjoy our vacation.

The staff is very service-oriented and extremely courteous. The breakfast is simply great. Both the beach and the 2 pools were not very busy during our stay and there were always enough seats available. The entire complex is very well maintained and conveys a pleasant sense of calm. 100% feel good factor, as well as recommendation.

close to the night market and great massage places near it , right on the beach. We got a room with a pool it’s fairly small but all u need to cool off ! Since the hotel has a big pool for everyone to share. Great happy hour aswell ! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was very lovely.

Oh the whole room was gorgeous. Spacious and balcony was a decent size too with the bathtub. The beach is right in front of the hotel and we floated in the waves every day. Staff is friendly and room service is great. Great location for massages, bars and night market. We loved our stay here, extended it, and would come back. Things to look out for. There is another bar/hotel beside this one that blasts loud music in the afternoons and evenings. Sonif you want a peaceful, quiet beach experiencw then that's not possible. Obviously this is not the Pavilion's fault! The bathroom door has gaps above and below it 😬

Incredible Stay – Highly Recommended! We stayed at Tolani Resort Koh Samui and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — we were greeted with delicious tea and cold towels, and even upgraded to a beautiful pool villa. Everything was spotless, the food was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was so peaceful. It’s perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers. Truly a memorable stay — we’ll definitely be back!
