Everything. Perfect location - the hotel is actually located inside the castle. Walking distance from red tower, marina, markets and Cleopatra Beach. All the staffs were very warm and helpful (especially Volkan and Ramazan) who made sure we had an amazing stay there. They will help you plan your trip in Alanya during your stay and guide you on how to get around easily. Special thanks to Volkan - We had an early check out at 6.30am which is well before the breakfast time. He took time to prepare a takeout breakfast meal for us. Much appreciated. The hotel does have a few stairs but view from the top is just breathtaking and totally worth it. You can also easily communicate with the reception via whatsapp and the guys will readily help you and come to you for anything you need.

Been to Alanya a few times but first time I've stayed at this hotel. From Yunus in reception that made it possible for us to check in early (and late), to the attentive and friendly bar and restaurant staff who genuinely cared that everyone enjoyed their stay. The location was absolutely ideal, in a vibrant area lined with restaurants and shopping boutiques, and very close proximity to the beach. This will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Alanya again. Thank you for a truly awesome experience Xperia Bali!

The hotel staff is very friendly, kind and ready to help in everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean and neat. The performances in the evenings were absolutely fantastic, especially the man on monday and thursday nights. The hotel has a wide variety of food and drinks available at any time of the day and everything was very delicious. On top of that the view from the room's balcony was spectecular. All in all I think this hotel made our honeymoon very special and unforgettable.

Staff was really helpful and kind. Room was much more than I expected (lights under the bed was really great idea!) and localisation was top. Air conditioning was working perfectly.
