From the first step you take in the place makes you feel like you are at home plus travelling back in time. Very authentic, the staff were polite, helpful and always there to answer your questions. Room was really clean, quite and peaceful. Central location, plus nice breakfast.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly, we were warmly welcomed. They show you around, explain about everything, a very personal approach. They are happy to assist with anything. It's possible to book boat tours, hammam, taxi's through the hotel. We required laundry service during our stay and it was not a problem. The breakfast is excellent, very tasty. There's tea and coffee available for free during the day. We loved the tea time between 5 and 6 pm where they offer a snack and tea or coffee. There's a beautiful pool with great view on the bay. The view from the lobby/breakfast area is great as well. There's a small beach nearby, it's a 5 minute walk. The room was very comfortable and cozy. We really loved the bathroom, where the wall was part of the mountain. It's in a quiet area of Alanya, but everything is nearby. Thank you for the great experience, we'll definitely visit again when we are in Alanya!

They even done some laundry for us at a very reasonable rate. Excellent room cleaning service The shower was broken and this was promptly fixed by the staff, always plenty of hot water. Traditional breakfast Very safe area of Beautiful Alanya and very close to Cleopatra beach Relaxed and chilled atmosphere in the hotel Overall the Hildegard hotel is a really lovely place to stay in Alanya and we will definitely visit again.

Starting from 2022 Summer Season will work as Adults Only Hotel. Children below 16 years old are not allowed to stay at our property.
