Clean rooms and super friendly and helpful staff. Shahin at the desk was always so helpful. Bell team saved us many time from taxi drivers to not over paying. A lady in the restaurant with a beautiful smiles greeted us every morning. Definitely she made our days with her smiles. In total, we had a great stay at double tree hilton avcilar 😊

The location is great, not far from the shopping center, right at the exit there are different cafes, Migros, a pharmacy. The hotel itself is big and new. We arrived before check-in time, and at first we were asked to wait, but then Mr. Hamza called us, and since we were with a child, he gave us a room with two bedrooms to check us in early, for which we thank him very much, it was very useful, considering our early flight, thanks to Radisson for such employees! The room itself is huge, clean with comfortable beds, and everything you need in the kitchen. The hotel employee brought us fruit.

I felt like at home at the hotel. First of all I want to thank Sinem and Ilayda for their great help. They were extremely helpful. Also Berrak and Ela at the check out, they were very kind.

Kudos to the staff. All of them were very friendly and sincerely tried to help with any question I had. I felt a good attitude and desire to help from them. The room was bigger than I expected. It has a big bed, sofa and working place which was very suitable for me. Also, the room has a microwave and a freezer which is very handy when you travel for a few days.
