Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with stylish interiors and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was consistently excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and professional. The food quality was high, with a great variety and fresh options at the buffet. We especially appreciated the wide selection of dishes catering to different tastes, including vegetarian options.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in our open buffet main restaurant, you can also enjoy the snack restaurant by the poolside throughout the day.

A special shout out to Ms. Tulay Basdemir, who is the guest relations manager. She achieves what others strive for in customer service. Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. Clean and comfortable beds, bathroom. All food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was excellent. Live piano music during lunch created fantastic atmosphere. We were lucky to attend the Italian a la carte restaurant as well - nice menu, good quality, pleasant service. Sparkling wines and chocolates served at the lobby was a greate bonus every day! We attended hamman at the hotel and enjoyed 1hr massage and various spa treatments - very good quality and full service. Interesting entertainment after dinner almost every night (music, concerts, dancing, shows).

Right on the beachfront, Sensimar offers a private beach area, indoor and outdoor pools and spa facilities. It has air-conditioned rooms with a satellite TV and minibar.
