Honestly we were a little worried after reading google reviews but things turned out to be great! People are smiling and very polite, both Nur and Cignam at the front desk speaks great English and they were the nicest people that helped us a lot during our 4 days stay. The hotel is a little out of the city center but you have many bus options in front of the entrance. The balcony and city view is splendid. Breakfast provides a lot of options and the warm dishes vary per day. We cannot complain about this relaxing stay in Bursa!

Amazing hotel with very oriental, very traditional textures. Our room was huge and the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were even late to breakfast and they still sorted us out. Recommended!
