Since we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Such a lovely, friendly, welcoming experience. Would love everybody to stay here to experience what we did. Sweeties that you could help youself to, 24 hours a day, afternoon drinks and snacks were lovely!! And cookies and milk in the evdnings to die for. The most friendly and helpful receptionists! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel came with many perks like pastry in the morning, sherry/brownie in the afternoon, cookie at night. The interior decoration was awesome and the location could not be better.

Absolute dream in every way possible! Gorgeous buildings, beautiful and spacious room, incredible staff, lovely attention to every detail. I’ve stayed at several high-end hotels in Charleston and Zero George is hands down the best! It is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever experienced, including my extensive international travels and stays at 5-Star properties.

The location is perfect. Enjoyed having the kitchen and separate living room area. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location in the heart of Charleston. Beautiful facility. Gets its name from the renovation of several older buildings. Wine and cheese every night in the lounge area. Rooms are spacious, well appointed with small kitchenette and complimentary sodas and sparkling water, cheese and crackers in the refrig. We've stayed here before and will stay here again. Highly recommend

All the staff was superlative. We especially appreciated the gracious and friendly table service of the breakfast staff. The location was perfect for walking the historic district (2 blocks to City Market, 1 bock to Gibbs Museum). Parking was available directly behind hotel just 10 feet from the back entrance - and access to the building from front and back required no stairs (!) - unusual in Charleston and a real plus for our group traveling with elderly. Charming open air courtyard and outdoor tables. The wine and cheese hour and sherry all evening were bonuses!

Built in 1840, this restored boutique hotel is 1 km from the College of Charleston and features a complimentary breakfast on the rooftop terrace and free WiFi.
