This hotel is the best hotel I stayed in the US. The staff went above and beyond to move my reservation dates when something came up and I needed to postpone my trip, even if it was not in their policy and booking was not cooperating. The hotel is very traditional and old with contemporary touches. The staff are very kind and very helpful. A very good value for money and close to many attractions. Also, the restaurant was very nice with a great atmosphere.

I was my first time in Los Angeles and my first time in the US for that matter. The pick up from Airport is worth gold, because it really takes away the fear of being scammed the second you arrive in a new country, which is something that unfortunately happens a bit too often… The staff at the counter were great from day one. - „no need to take out your card, we will deduct it from the registered card over booking.com“ For me it truly does not get any less complicated than that! 10/10! The room that we got was exactly what it said on the website. However we were shocked as to how clean the room was and also kept from the great cleaning staff. The kindness of the staff let us have a great time in LA. Showing us the way to the Metro, pointing out the Bus station and also calling a Taxi for us when needed! It truly was a great nice and elegant place to stay in the heart of LA. We are thankful as to how good it made the beginning of our trip in the USA.

I have nothing but excellent reviews for this hotel. Stayed 1 night, wish I had stayed more - ultra friendly staff, huge room, very clean, and excellent location. Exactly what I was looking for! I had booked this so I could go to Universal for the final day before I flew out - they kept my luggage no problem and were super lovely.
