It's the only hotel I've been to in Salt Lake City, so I can't really make comparisons, but it was a very comfortable room for a reasonable price (compared to hotels in many other destinations), and the location was surprisingly good (we caught a musical on a National Tour just across the street!) Very quiet other than the sound of the heating itself.

staff was so kind. we had to arrive early in the morning due to a cancellation on our flight and the staff allowed us to check in before the time. Vincent was so kind the TV was not working so he upgraded our room and gave us some drink he elevated the experience 100% !!!

The room was tastefully decorated. A very comfortable bed. The coffee provided with the coffee machine, suited my taste. The bathroom was spacious. The front of house service was exceptional. The attention provided by the Hotel General Manager exceeded expectations. Staff were processional and friendly.
