I loved the employee very friendly and assertive, everything was clean never went into a room were it smelt like clean bleach sanitized where you know it’s clean first thing I noticed when I walked in. Overall I would definitely recommend.

My flight to Atlanta was cancelled at the last minute and the hotel were extremely courteous and understanding, helping me to recover my money due to these unforeseen circumstances despite the fact that the cancellation period had technically expired. Hugely empathetic staff, would recommend!

We arrived 4 hours later than expected due to hold ups at the airport so were exhausted but the receptionist was very welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was perfect with great amenities. The check out was as smooth so a great stay all around, we would like to spend more time there one day.

We were greeted by Jamie (trainee) who made us feel SO welcome and she gave us excellent service. This was our first time at a Westin Hotel, it doesn't come up on booking, but we are going to try this branch again. Great service, great room, very clean and comfortable room and the best service in the US this time! Thanks for a great stay

The property is a magnificent building, well located in Midtown Atlanta. It has beautiful luxury features and it left me speechless. The staff really went above and beyond. They saw how tired I was after a 5 hours delayed flight and they provided a complimentary upgrade in a deluxe suite, which was absolutely gorgeous and had the best view on the Bank of America building. Definitely would go back again.
