It was our second stay at Eliana Ruby after a 2 nights trip to Cát Bà and what should we say? It was as fantastic as our first stay! Jessica and her team are so friendly, it felt like being at home. The breakfast is outstanding, especially the option to order freshly prepared Pho, Banh Mi or other dishes like pancakes. After our first trip, we told them that for us the beds were a little bit so soft - during our second stay we got directly harder toppers! Great service! Since our flight departed at 9am, we had to checkout at 5.45am and we used a transfer booked through the hotel. The team prepared a breakfast for take away consisting of fresh Banh Mi, watermelon, bananas and water. I am quite sure that this option would have also been offered if we had used Grab. Overall, we and especially our two kids had a great stay and we will definetely come back if we head ti Hanoi! Thank you Jessica, Anna and the whole team.
