ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, if I could put more than 10 I would do it , I’ve been travelling for 11 months, and this is by far the best hotel I had, from the kindness of the people, to the amazing and generous breakfast, the huge room was perfectly cleaned With everything you need , and filled with water & coffee every day , the beautiful garden & swimming pool, a true little oasis in Hoi an , you can rent scooter , free bike , restaurant near buy , calm , not in the touristy center, but close enough by bike 5 min ! I recommend this place 300 % !

What a wonderful stay at this resort! The rooms were very clean, and the entire place is beautiful—perfect for a unique and relaxing experience. Mrs. Sunny and her team were incredibly friendly and gave us the warmest welcome during our two-night stay. They were always available and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful, pool area was nice, room was comfortable and bathroom was spacious with great hot water. Liked being slightly out of Hoi An main central area as it was respite from the tourists. Still had lots of little shops and restaurants around, including a great one a few doors up. Use of bikes for free was also handy for exploring. Shuttle bus to town if you wanted it, but the walk is easy and enjoyable also.

We had such a wonderful honeymoon stay! The villa was beautiful. Pool clean with refreshing water. The owner and his colleague did everything to make us feel like at home. They even gave us a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. It was perfect.

The staff, everyone, from the receptionists to the security, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice, and spacious enough. The rooms have a desk where one can work at one's laptop. The wifi worked well. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was fine. The location is convenient, just a 5 minutes walk to the old town.
