Staying at Holden Manz House was very special! The place is very beautiful and safe, surrounded by nature and the winery, there are lots of details at the hotel that make you feel relaxed and comfortable. It was also special to meet and be greeted the family, try the wine and have a massage. Overall, all the service, communication was super friendly and we enjoyed the stay.

Everything was perfect. The room has significant interior, every detail is thought out. The lobby, bar and courtyard are cozy, comfortable and it feels like as you live at your own home. And of course the greatest thing of this hotel is service and staff: I’ve never had such hospitality even in super luxury hotels.

How long do you have? This hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The concept that it is your home away from home hits every note. The staff are wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. Our room was so lovely, we didn't want to leave. Every moment spent here felt special. A typical day would be to go for a morning run - safe and with stunning views all around, it was a great way to start the day, Alter you come back for an incredibly delicious breakfast. Then get ready to either lounge by our private plunge pool or the main pool. If we wanted to go to town the main street was a 3 minute walk away which was perfect and anywhere just a little further, they arranged a car for us. Before heading to dinner, they offered aperitives and you can sit in the beautiful orangery, play scrabble, listen to live piano and enjoy a beverage. Excellent restaurants a walk away and coming home to a night cap offering. Back in the room, we would heat up the hot tub - the weather was perfect for it! Then a great nights sleep only to repeat the same magic the next day! But it wasn't just all of this. It was also the attention to detail. Every lounger by the pool had towels, a hat. Rooms were quipped with sun creams, beautiful woven beach bags and blankets for chilly nights by the fire. Everything had been thought of and nothing extra we could have asked for. Had it not been so fully booked, we would have stayed longer.

The receptionist and porter we friendly and professional. The room was spectacular, spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect. The place is beautiful. I loved the fact that you can have your breakfast alfresco. The lake and the mountains sealed it.

The team at Angela were superb. Aubry, the manager was super accommodating and went out of his way to help us experience a magical start to my wife's birthday. The whole team came out at breakfast with a cake and candles and sang her happy birthday! Amazing team work. The property is secluded, so you have peace and quiet (although currently they are building a house close by so that noise will be temporary). We got an upgrade and stayed in room number 2 ! Perfect. Peacocks calling out, mountain views, great outside shower, spacious room, curtains closed of nearly all of the light so we could get an excellent sleep. I took the opportunity to use their Sauna, and the hot tub. Nobody else was there so it was peaceful bliss! One thing to note - they have two staff members who have been working on the property for 22, and 25 years. The longest serving lady, Cerene, is amazing to speak to. She treats you like family and goes out of her way to help (and now her daughter also works for them in the kitchen as a chef! ). Well done Angala! You did your owners proud - great team work.
