A short business trip but a very warm welcome from the staff of Hotel Boutique Kotoni! I had the pleasure to be accomodated in a spacious bright modern furnitured room. It was super clean. The breakfast based on Mediterranean diet but not only was full of variaty of choices of fresh and homemade cookings. Staff was always there to help and offer the best services with high proffesionalism . The hotel is in the prime location of the administrative area making it a great choice especially for business trips. I highly recommend this cosy very pleasent hotel.

Super courteous and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble from storing luggage, booking taxis, getting us into a room as early as possible. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

The place is simple but beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing.

Hotel Boutique Vila Fernando Tirana provides rooms in Tirana near Tanners' Bridge and Toptani Shopping Centre. Featuring a shared lounge, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Some rooms at the property include a balcony with a city view. We stayed at Villa Fernando in June 2023 and this is the best decision we made. Its a cute boutique hotel in a very good area of Tirana with all attractions within walking distance. The interior is stylish with beautiful hand painted walls. Comfortable beds, noise canceling windows with black out curtains and good size of shower. Well maintained and clean with a delicious local style breakfast! The actual magic of the place is in the owner Arta who is very kind and helpful! Do talk to Arta for your Albania itinerary as she will give you great advice. Arta was always available on whatsapp and gave us perfect directions and instructions to self check in and was kind enough to order taxi and dinner for us to our room. Arta will give you the best deal on taxis during your stay. She gave our trip the best start! Definitely recommend staying at Villa Fernando! 5 stars from us!
