He then shipped those to me! Highly recommend this place!

Soberly decorated, rooms at Gran Meliá Iguazú feature large private balconies. Some of them overlook the waterfalls, and some others enjoy a jungle view. Excellent location - room with waterfall view is a must. If you visit the waterfalls - that is the only place to be - no debate.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. They will do whatever they can to help tailor your experience here to exactly what you want and need. They have drivers that can take you wherever you need to go...at reasonable rates. They will help you purchase tickets to any of the nearby attractions and activities. Then you can come back at the end of a (very hot) day and relax in the pools, in your balcony watching the coati scamper thru the jungle, or on the restaurant terrace overlooking the grounds. I don't give excellent reviews. I believe most places merely meet expectations. This place is a true paradise.

But above all - it is their incredible service and hospitality. As part of their amazing hospitality, they offered us a room to take a quick (and much needed) shower after visiting the Iguazu park and before leaving on a long trip back home. What a nice and exceptional gesture that made a huge difference for us. This is a true understanding of customers' needs. All this, without extra charge. Highly appreciated.

The comfortable bungalows at Raices Amambai Lodges feature air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and kitchen facilities. All of them comprise a complete bathroom, including hairdryers and free toiletries. We were really impressed by this hotel. It had beautiful grounds, the staff were friendly, and our room was very spacious. It was also nice that breakfast was included! We'd definitely stay here again if we ever are back in Iguazu Falls.
