Bad Gastein
Hotel Lindenhof is located in the upper part of Bad Gastein, opposite the Stubnerkogel cable car and the slopes. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of the nursery slopes, the ski slopes, the Felsentherme thermal spa and the train station. There is a bus stop 60 metres away, where the free ski bus to Bad Hofgastein and Sportgastein also stops. Gastein Golf Course is 3 km away. The hotel is very cozy, with a wonderful host who made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasty. A perfect place to stay, highly recommended!

The newly opened Hotel Das Regina is a trendy boutique hotel in the centre of Bad Gastein, only a 2-minute walk away from the city centre and the waterfall.
Das Regina offers individually designed rooms with traditional, retro-style bathrooms. Most rooms have a balcony or a terrace and offer panoramic views of the nearby mountains.
Great staff, perfect location, breakfast was excellent! I would also recommend having dinner at the restaurant, it was fantastic, delicious food and great ambience! Highly recommend staying at the Regina if you are heading to bad gastein!

Seems to be new establishment with well thought and good taste design. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Walking distance from the city centre with a bench of restaurants. Fantastic lobby bar. Stunning views.

Hotel is located very close to ski lift (6-7 minutes by foot or just 2 minutes by local village bus which goes every 15 minutes), they provide rich breakfast with real Italian coffee, sauna and infrared cabin is included in accommodation rate which gives full relaxation after skiing. Modern and stylish design of the rooms and hotel in light colours with bright accents let to feel energised and powerful. Helpful and charming personnel ready to assist with every quest requests. Highly recommended to visit and feel Austrian hospitality.

The hotel is brand new, architecturally perfect, stylish and reeks of old times. It is as if you have returned to the end of the 19th century. Everything is perfectly designed and combined with the modern age. The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

Villa Excelsior was just wonderful, with its atmosphere, interior design, views and surroundings - and not at least the very helpful, funny and friendly owners&staff. The most charming, welcoming and cosy hotel we have stayed in during our 20 winters in the Alps.
