Free WiFi is available. The location of the hotel was very nice, it was a 15 minute walk to the city center! The room was nice and clean and the perfect size for two people. There was a leak at the shower but as soon as we told them about it, they already fixed it by the time we came back. Very efficient and friendly, would absolutely come here again!

Their attentive nature and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests truly made a positive impact on our overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious and diverse breakfast provided each morning. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Housekeeping services were carried out regularly, and I always returned to a well-maintained and tidy room after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location of Pension Ballwein was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and scenic spots. All in all, my stay at Pension Ballwein was a memorable one, largely thanks to the friendly and welcoming Simon and Daniela. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely pension to anyone visiting Salzburg, and we look forward to returning in the future.
