The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Owner was very nice person, offering best sendwich upon our arrival. The room was decorated im very nice Alpine stile, very confortable. Our motorbike was allowed to park in Owner private garden.

This was our second booking. Excellent room size and facilities! Child friendly! Spa area for families (with clothes) but also for adults only. Big pool and Jacuzzi. Playroom with pool table and other games Excellent food incl. the menu for the kids! The location is great. The mountains are close by as well. Very recommended hotel!

Just a 2-minute walk from Oberammergau Train Station, this family-run hotel features a pretty garden terrace, a breakfast room and free on-site parking. We appreciated a lot the cleaniness of the room and the kindness of the hosts. The locatiin was great, close to the center of the city and also close to the slopes.
