Excellent location, room and facilities compared to other places I've stayed at in Leuven.

Enjoying green surroundings in the Sonian Forest, B&B Hippo-Droom in Hoeilaart features an on-site restaurant, a bar, a tour desk and free WiFi access. Guests can rent a bicycle or car to explore the area and for a charge, you can go horse riding. For us this was a great location on the edge of the forest, with easy access to the ring road and Rhode St Genese. Used to be part of horse farm/stable, so lots of unique character and very comfortable rooms in former stalls. The owner explained ongoing improvements for even more comfort. Free parking available on site. We took a daily walk on trails in the forest, which was lovely.

Our sauna and wellness facilities are accessible from the age of 10, up to the age of 18 you must be accompanied by an adult. Incredible thermal baths in old renovated castle. I liked everything about this place. I’ve been too many thermal baths all over the world and this is by far one of the better ones. There are two parts. One of them being clothing optional. The clothing optional part is indeed a bit larger. Most people wear a towel around their waist, so no problem. Lots of choices of steam rooms, dry saunas, whirlpools and baths. I ate at the restaurant and was very satisfied. Food was a high quality. Service was excellent.

Leuven's Market Square is a 13-minute walk from Hotel Mille Colonnes. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing 😍 They even made me breakfast out of the breakfast hours. I felt at home, safe, appreciated.
