We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

The location was perfect, as West Kelowna is scenically situated across Okanogan Lake and the Kalamoir national park and hiking trails were literally a hop jump and skip away! The hosts Merle and Lou were super sweet, amazing to converse with and the breakfasts were deliciously homemade. Their dog, Tinkle, is also so cute! This place is a gem, and we would highly recommend. Felt like staying with family.
