From check-in to check-out all of the staff we met were so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the facilities such as the pool/sauna and the use of the electric bikes.

The staff were welcoming,efficient,polite and helpful.The room was excellent well equipped and perfectly clean. The availability of a laundry room plus a parking option make this hotel an outstanding place to stay in a good area of Vancouver with plenty of food options within a few minutes walk.

Select rooms offer a spa bath. Rooms can only be accessed via stairs. Where to start. The hotel is extremely lovely and more Brittish than the UK. Separate library with comfy chairs and fire place. Reasonable prizes for the drinks. Service is excellent, communication is easy, the beds were the most comfortable ever. Rooms with AC and individual heating for bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast is fantastic. Chef Gerald takes care of every wish or diet. I wish there were more hotels like Abigail's. Every morning a new breakfast menu is prined with weather forecast. We definately will return to Abigail's when in Victoria!

An en suite bathroom offers Luxury bath amenities, bathrobe, and slippers. There was nothing not to like. We were welcomed kindly, checked in immediately even though it was lunchtime and we were given a room upgrade because they recognized we were traveling with two teenagers and the more space the better. Staff were lovely, food tasty and the location central. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic location - close to transport links and neighbourhood shops. Area felt safe as I was travelling alone with my 10 year old. Apartment was really well appointed - small touches like providing umbrellas and detergent for washing machine made this a great place to stay.
