Valet service was great, staff were super friendly and courteous and always responded positively and answered calls on the first try, always had my car out front when calling valet.

This hotel is located in the upscale district of Yorkville and is near a number of Toronto's finest restaurants. A full service spa, boasting world class spa treatments is available. Lovely welcome from the moment of arrival. The Team knew my name straight away and did not forget. Made it a home. Michael was very welcoming and developed a great rappore. Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. Be proud.

Staff were nice, beds were comfy and very spacious room. Bathroom was huge. Lots of counter space with big mirror. Good for girls to get ready in.

The ladies at the reception desk were extremely warm and welcoming, they even gave me a room upgrade 😀. What a pity I forgot their names😯. The hotel has convenient free parking which we made use of. Breakfast was included and it was a delight to start each day with a hot meal. I made use of their gym facilities. The location was perfect for my group. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

This harbourfront hotel in Toronto city centre features on-site dining as well as a rooftop patio with a seasonal pool. A mini-fridge and coffee maker are included in each guest room. Super central location and can walk to all local attractions from here including CN tower, shopping areas, ferry to Toronto island etc. Really friendly staff and the beds and pillows were very very comfortable!!
