Great location, 10-15 walk from falls view and main attractions center. Bus stop on the same road shorter walk away in both directions.

Both rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, clean, and have everything you can possibly ask for (TV, fridge, ultra comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom). We also got a free room upgrade! :) And breakfast is prepared based on your preferences, at your desired time. Would definitely stay here again, when visiting Niagra Falls next time.

The house is very clean and tidy with good details. The owner is very friendly, parking is very convenient, and it is very close to the waterfall, just a dozen minutes' walk away. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a private bathroom. There is also a small kitchen outside that is shared with another guest room, which is very convenient. I recommend friends who come to the fall to stay here!

Honestly the best B&B we ever booked ! Joyce is an amazing and friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. The breakfast is amazing and we got to choose from 3 different menus (toast with canadian bacon and scrambled eggs or an omelette or eggs benedict) which are then freshly made. Fresh fruits are also available at every breakfast as well as coffee and tea. You can access a fridge with beverages at any time in the dining room filled with water and other beverages and even yoghurt was available. The property is close to the Niagara falls with a nice walkway leading directly to the falls. At night you can enjoy your sleep as everything is very quiet. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything you need. Thank you for having us in your beautiful house !

We loved that the BnB was in a nice, cosy home that had so many stories to tell! Helena, the owner, was a great cook - the breakfasts were a real highlight (different every day!), and so were the conversations we had around the table. We stayed in the one-bedroom suite on the top floor and liked that it had a little fridge and microwave oven. The BnB is in a great location, about a 10min walk to the falls.

Literally the closest hotel to Niagara falls. I was worried that the photos online could be misleading but our room had fantastic views just like the photos I've seen, if not better! Watched the sunset at the restaurant in the hotel and the sunrise from the room when we woke up and it was just phenomenal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting niagara falls for the first time.
