The staff could not do enough for us, particularly at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the room was gorgeous.

A lovely comfortable suite above a garage. Provided with a kettle and milk to make tea😀 The breakfast of yoghurt,berries and granola was excellent that we could have in the suite was lovely. The owners were really friendly and chatty. Lovely Thai restaurant was within walking distance .

This hotel is located on Long Lake, 10 minutes from downtown Nanaimo, British Columbia. It serves a daily continental breakfast and all rooms feature a lake view from a balcony or patio.

Everything: location at the lake, very peaceful even close to road. Big comfort room and bed, lake view. Coffee machinę. Good breakfast. Parking. Perfect to go to Cathedral Grove. We will come back if we will come back to Vancouver Island.

The whole one night stay from reservation to check out was unforgettable. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and convenient, the staff looked after us well as did the restauran.

Adjacent to Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre and Victoria Distillers, this hotel is 5.5 km from Victoria International Airport.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived very late to check in due to a flight delay. On checking in the staff member offered us snacks and water as the cafè and bar were closed. We left our luggage at the hotel for a number of hours and that was quite acceptable.

Best Western PLUS Chemainus Inn is situated in Chemainus, within 16 km of Maple Bay and 40 km of Mill Bay Ferry Terminal.
