I LOVE THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY OF THIS ROOM, THIS HOTEL TOTALLY BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS! Staffs are very helpful and make you comfortable during your stay. I love everything about this hotel, it's located near Lake Brienz with remarkable view from the hotel room, you need to take bus from Interlaken Ost Station, and it's just 2-min away from the bus stop. Breakfast taste really good and have various menu. Definitely will come back when I visit Interlaken!

The view was magnificent, overseeing the mountains. Room was modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in instructions were super clear, so when we got there, the process was very smooth. The App to control the door and the check-in/out process is super cool.

It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz and features a heated outdoor pool (open April... it was an amazing trip. the staff was very polite and helpful. the view was soo mesmerising and breathtaking. it snowed on the second day of our stay and there was a huge difference between the amount of snow in the city and at the hotel. would definitely recommend.
