Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. It was an exceptional experience. The hotel location is in Meggen 12 minutes away by bus to Central Lucern. The view, the cleanliness and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Miss Leean. Good food and breakfast The hostess was caering and attentive during all morning encounters. we enjoyed our time at the hotel. It is recommended if you don't mind the stairs.

Free WiFi is available. It was newly opened in December 2022 and is a fully automated boutique hotel with flexible room access with mobile key. The hotel had an elevator, very helpful since we were given room at 4th level. Location was pretty good, close to a lot of convenience - grocery, shops, restaurants and landmark/attractions. Bed was comfortable and room was huge! It had a small kitchen and private toilet.
