The attention to detail in everything was commendable.The room smelled great and clean! The owners and staff were very warm and made us very comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. There were fresh cut fruits instead of canned fruits as in other hotels! Over all one of the best hotels we have stayed across europe!

This carefully renovated 4-star hotel next to the Japanese Gardens dates back to the 14th century. The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. Breakfast was fair, nothing special. Perfectly serviceable. Terrace was excelent!
