The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are very nice and ready to help with any needs. Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. Front desk staff was super friendly and gave us lots of personalized advice about nearby activities based on our interests. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, which many otherwise great hotels fail at. The room was cozy and had a great view of nearby mountain ranges and the alpine sunset.
