The property is unique and excellent. They have managed to retain the property's old charm while including modern amenities. We got the room facing the mountains and the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We travel with our dog and this place is super pet friendly too. All in all a great stay will definitely recommend

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

All rooms have a distinctive design and décor, ranging from classic to contemporary. Elegant interiors and spacious marble bathrooms complement the designs. Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday. Great recommandations as well from Concierge on activities and visits. The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif.

Among the hotel's facilities are a garden terrace, a sunbathing area and a cosy lounge, where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff especially at the front desk and during the breakfast. They gave our sick child extra attention which was highly appreciated 🙏

This carefully renovated 4-star hotel next to the Japanese Gardens dates back to the 14th century. The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. Nice location very close to Interlaken Oost train situation. Very central for trips for Jungfrau. Nice dining area if you want to warm up and eat your own lunch and dinner with tea adn coffee provided. Phillip was awesome at reception.
