From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are very nice and ready to help with any needs. The room was exceptional with mountain views, luxurious bathroom with designer bath (wife loved it!), super breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Everything in town was close by. The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station.

Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. Front desk staff was super friendly and gave us lots of personalized advice about nearby activities based on our interests. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, which many otherwise great hotels fail at. The room was cozy and had a great view of nearby mountain ranges and the alpine sunset.
