The location is perfect - the shops, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are on the same road and the lake is a 1-2 minute walk down the road. The beds were SO comfy and the kitchenette was super helpful (fyi it includes a stove, fridge and a dishwasher but not an oven). Would 100% stay here again.

WiFi is provided free of charge throughout the property. The hotel is an older hotel and i believe family run. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. It is right on the lake and the lift to Mt. Rigi is a five minute walk behind the hotel. It was very relaxing being able to take the boat across the lake to Lucerne or other towns on the lake. the Lucerne train station is a two minute walk from the boat dock. They have the best WiFi we had the whole trip. the room was very large which a lot of Swiss hotels do not have large rooms.
