2010年に全面改装されたTesta Grigia hotelのスタイリッシュなデザインの客室には、バルコニー、コーヒーメーカー、無料Wi-Fiが備わっています。ツェルマット駅とスネガ・エクスプレスケーブルカーから徒歩わずか5分です。 上品なデザインの客室には高級カーペット、ソリッドウッドのベッド、高級ファブリック、広いバスルーム（ガラス張りのシャワーブースまたはバスタブ付）が備わっています。... 先ずはスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいの一言です。コーヒーメーカーの使い方が分からなかった時も（説明書を読んだのですが上手くいかず…結局は入れるべき水の量が少し足りなかった）直ぐに部屋に来て教えてくださいました。駅から近く、ツェルマットの中心部の割にお手頃感があり、何より広くて清潔。朝食も付いているし、備品もキチンと揃っており、文句のつけようがありません。またいつか来ることがあれば、こちらに泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel is cozy and graceful with wonderful room view. Besides, we especially want to thank the counter staff Natalie for her kindly assistance. She helped us to solve the parking and luggage problem with enthusiasm on 29 May since our check-in date was on 30 May. She also tried to find a better room type instead of original simple attic for us. Her shining smile, consideration and excellent services are so impressive. She is worthy of fully compliments. The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Everything was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and the spa is perfect for ending a day on the slopes.

This place has everything that a winter hotel needs to have. Great spa, cozy lounge, nice view of the landscape, kind staff.. Location is good, just 5 mins away from the train station which is important after a long ski day. Heated outdoor pool offers great relaxing in cold winter days. Im looking forward to come back

We were traveling with 1.5 yo toddler and they helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is cozy. The restaurant is good, food and service are great. Mountain view is amazing. Given that Mürren is pretty expensive and the views are fantastic, it's great value for the price.

The Hotel Edelweiss is located in a sunny and quiet area in Davos, just a few steps from the public indoor pool, the ski and hiking trails, the sports center, and the congress hall. リノベーションされた部屋は、清潔感もあり最高でした。スタッフも皆さん親切で好意的！

Fantastic location (less than one minute to get to train station) with great facilities. It surprised us and was one of the better stays of our 4 week holiday through Europe.
