Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. The Zermatt Matterhorn Express Cable Car is 250 metres away. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

The Sunnegga Funicular Railway is less than 700 metres away and hiking paths start nearby. The stay was incredible. Very clean. Very cozy. Well located. Everything you need. Thor was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions. Michelle was very accommodating. Super nice hosts with great hearts.

The Sunnegga Express funicular and the Zermatt Train Station are 500 metres away. the view is superb. staff are very easy to communicate and helpful. the room is clean quite spacious.

Backstage Boutique Hotel is within walking distance of Gornergrat railway and Sunnega railway. A ski bus is also close by. A tennis court and a skating rink are in front of the hotel. V here really stands for very very extraordinary. The most creative and unique hotel i've ever been. The room is really stylish yet cozy and very clean. Spa is incredible experience. View is also amazing. You can clearly see Matthehorn.

Travelling from Canada so making our money stretch was important. Great value, super clean and spacious rooms! It's right beside the Gornergrat tram and the bus stop (free) to the other lifts is just outside and a quick 5 min ride. They're close to Bayard where we rented and got 10% off with them. Having a hotel right by the train station was super convenient and Zermatt is such a small town so very easy to explore. Sauna (by reservation, just ask front desk) at the end of a ski day was a nice bonus. Good variety for breakfast.
