Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. The Zermatt Matterhorn Express Cable Car is 250 metres away. The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

The Sunnegga Funicular Railway is less than 700 metres away and hiking paths start nearby. The hosts are caring and thoughtful. They kindly introduced and recommended routes to 5 lakes and Gornergrat. Always friendly whenever we needed helps. The breakfast is delicious (love the croissant and latte they offered). The public hall is well decorated, where you can see a lot of cute and delicate handicrafts. The interior room is neat and comfortable. Hotel Romantica does give out a very warm, welcoming and pleasant vibe.

Backstage Boutique Hotel is within walking distance of Gornergrat railway and Sunnega railway. A ski bus is also close by. A tennis court and a skating rink are in front of the hotel. V here really stands for very very extraordinary. The most creative and unique hotel i've ever been. The room is really stylish yet cozy and very clean. Spa is incredible experience. View is also amazing. You can clearly see Matthehorn.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful, comfortable room with a balcony, from which we had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee. We will definitely stay at Hotel Capricorn again.

Very nice room. Very good location to everything: train, bus, shops etc. And the view from the window just amazing 🥰
