Everything is thought through, so that guest feels like at home (staff remembers you and asks about your sleep, dinner, etc., the owner always meets guests in the restaurant and is very friendly), in the lobby you may treat yourself to complinentary fruits, coffee, tea and bottled water. Breakfast is top quality and you also have complimentary mini-bar. It is my best find in Zurich, and highly recommended. Thanks for a perfect stay!

The Zurich Opera House, as well as the The location is amazing, a minute away from the lake and in the quiet part of the city center. The lady on the front desk was super friendly. We were there in the middle of the summer heatwave and we were offered refreshments, ice cream, she was even ready to try to find us some swimsuits so we can go swiming in the lake!

The closest tram stop is 50 meters away. Yes great location, great service, great coffee!
