Fabulous location in the Old Town. Numerous coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants at your footsteps. Great shopping area. Only about 10 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to coach parking. Staff in the restaurant and front desk extremely courteous and helpful…always a smile on their face. Room and bathroom very clean and made up every day. Air conditioning, which was required during my trip due to the hot weather, worked extremely well. Bottled water was replaced every day in my room. Breakfast was fabulous. Eggs and bacon were cooked fresh as per my order on arrival in the restaurant. Breakfast served in their main restaurant which had great ambience…white tablecloths and candles all over the place. Waitresses and manager made you feel like home. Free at the front desk every day…sweet cherries, nectarines, bottled water and nespresso coffee. Easy on line checkout.

The smallest 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the city centre. Absolutely amazing!!! One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed in hotels in over 45 counties. Decor is amazing, breakfast was delightful, and the staff and service is out of this world. Bogdan was just so lovely, I could go on and on about hoe great he was!! Such a wonderful human. Would stay again just for Bogdan!

Alma Hotel - Boutique hideaway by the lake with rooftop and ladies-only wellness enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus... I really have a good time here. If I had to describe the hotel in one word, I would think of Elegant Lady. Clean, cozy and good location.

The Marktgasse Hotel is a historic building with low ceilings and sloped floors (not all rooms). An absolutely amazing, beautiful place in the heart of Zurich. It's a historic building, but inside, it's a stylish hotel. We were greeted very warmly, been congratulated on our anniversary, and were given a charming room, exactly what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and very professional. I can't wait to return to this hotel! Thank you for your hospitality!

Staff was super friendly and highly accommodating to our needs. They welcomed us with a birthday present and a room upgrade. Rooms were big and spacious with a lovely balcony. Would stay here again
