Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s also a lovely restaurant where I had dinner every evening. I can fully recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiloé!

We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!

Receptionist was especially helpful with finding me a cc airport transfer and early box breakfast. Good restaurant service and menu. Very peaceful and pleasant dining room. My room modern and comfortable.

Overall, I liked everything, the breakfast was really good, very tasty smoked fish for breakfast👌capsule coffee machine in the room, refrigerator, tea bag’s, large bed, good blanket, 4 pillows of different hardness. And the service is also good, they accepted my 2 deliveries from the store when I was not yet at the hotel. thank you! I didn't have time to use the spa and pool. Next time!
