In general, the room is clean, location is great. Didn't had breakfast as I was rush to back to Office work. Exceptional customer services provided by the night shift lady: Ms. Chau, she handled all my concerns and worried. Although it was pre-booked two day, and charged me in-advance as your booking office staff was not able support, but she handled very well, and promised it will return. very clearn explanation !
