Located in the heart of Shanghai, Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai(Original name: Green Court Serviced Apartment-People’s Square) is a 10-minute walk from the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian street, Apple Shop, East Nanjing Road Underground Station (Line 2 & 10) and People's Square Underground Station (Line 1, 2, 8). Free Wi-Fi is available. Excellently located hotel with comfortable, modern rooms equipped with kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. Very close to subway line 2 connecting both airports, and well within the tourist area, though not in the most hectic streets. Would definitely return.

Located in central Shanghai, The PuLi Hotel and Spa is ideally located just steps away from Jing'an Park, Park Place, Réel Mall and Kerry Centre. The PuLi offers in-room dining, concierge, laundry and valet services and a Michelin restaurant. Beautiful property, with excellent rooms, great design and location. Loved the very large room with great amenities. Great spa, great pool. The reception bar is also very nice.

Swirling staircases, classic art displays, soothing background music and colourful dome paintings add to the charm of this design hotel. Special day trips and car rentals can also be arranged at the tour desk. Just the warm, friendly, historic hotel you’d want to stay in for a city break. Everything felt very personalised and the staff were the stars of the show. Amazing service! As a bonus, the cute tea house with great prices and fantastic food. It was refreshing to be away from the tourist traps.

Just like a Hans Christian Andersen's castle in the fairy-tale world, it features a fitness centre, a 2000-square-metre garden, 3 dining options and rooms with free internet. Staff kindness and responsiveness, good breakfast, good location

Kevin's Old House is located at the downtown area of Shanghai, just a 10-minute stroll from Jing'an Temple Subway Station (Line 2). It features European-inspired accommodation with classic furnishings and elegant décor. Well located in familiar center of Shanghai alleys. Mr Soo at the front desk was awesome and so was the cleaning lady who kindly took care of own drying. Breakfast was wonderful. Will consider booking again next time back to Shanghai.

SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund is ideally located next to the Yu Garden and The Bund in the bustling Huangpu District. Yu Garden Subway Station on line 10 is a 2-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available. Very nice place and the bar just below the hotel is a great little spot! The in-house patio restaurant/ bar is also very nice.

Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre offers amenities and guest service in a downtown location within around a 5-minute walk from East Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and People’s Square subway hub (line 1, 2 and 8). It features a day spa, a 25-metre indoor pool and fitness facilities. Staff is very helpful, location is great, room is great too with a magnificent view from the 38 floor. I would recommend this hotel for families.

Just a 5-minute walk from Langao Road Metro Station (Line 7), Modena by Fraser Putuo Shanghai features stylishly furnished serviced loft residences with free WiFi and kitchen facilities. Free parking is provided for its guests. great room, nice view, good location and helpfull and friendly staff

Overlooking the vast, scenic Century Park, Dorsett Shanghai is situated in the centre of Pudong and features free internet access in all areas. A fitness centre and three dining options await guests. Free shuttle bus to Shanghai New International Expo Centre and Shanghai Disneyland metro line is provided by the hotel. Free parking is available. The staff were amazing. Especially Thomas the bar manager, this man makes the hotel. Century park is located directly opposite well worth the visit but it is huge!! Metro train line 2 century park station exit 4 leads straight to the hotel door.

It features a 24-hour fitness centre and 6 dining options. The room is out of my expectations
