Frank, Kimberley, Zoey and Bella made sure to help me with all my questions and cleared up any uncertainties I had, even before I checked in. The building itself is clean, perfectly located in Chengdu and has a lot of charme! We had the hotel arrange a driver to get us to Qingchenshan and also booked tickets for the Panda Base and Sichuan Opera with their help, all of which we would do again. I plan on visiting Chengdu again in the future and for sure will be booking the same hotel again.
