The area is super safe. The staff was amazing, very kind and educated. The room had a great distribution, it even has a little kitchen, in case you want to cook your own stuff and our view was directly to the main Poblado avenue.

Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and open out onto private balconies. They also feature a coffee machine. It is a modern hotel with great facilities and a great location. I could walk to Provenza, and it is in a secure location. We saw nothing amiss, and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The food they serve is very good.

Each room here will provide you with a cable TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower. The location, comfortable accommodations, safe, but more importantly, Alex, Laura and Jorge went above and beyond each time we asked for their assistance with restaurant recommendations, ground transportation, etc. Loved their front porche with the bistro tables where we drank “tinto” and café con leche (on the house) in the afternoon. Will definitely book this hotel again, but next time we will probably book their fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, dining and living room (with sleeper sofa) kitchen, etc. A little gem👍🏼
