We saw monkeys, raccoons, adorable squirrels, and even iguanas. If you’re looking for relaxation, comfort, adventure, and a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family, this is the place to be. We wholeheartedly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next stay. A true hidden gem for anyone in need of a seaside escape with a special touch of nature

The location in Samara was excellent - walkable to everything in town. The property was very clean and well kept. The pool area was an oasis from the heat. We really appreciated the use of free beach chairs and umbrellas. We highly recommend visiting Carrillo Beach south of Samara.

The beachfront Hotel el Velero boasts an outdoor pool and a private beach where you can choose to swim, lounge or relax. The locations was PERFECT! The food was amazing . I was treated so kindly by the staff . I got up to watch the sun rise and was blessed not only by the stars , moon , sun and the ocean but your beautiful staff brought me a chair , stand and the best cup of coffee . 🙏❤️

Cozy, clean, close to the surfing area (11 mins walk), there is also a surf shop on the way to the beach where you can rent surf boards. Loads of wildlife in the area (I did see coati, howler monkeys and raccoons and an armadillo right within the accommodation area)
