They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

All rooms have a wonderful view of the city or the greenery. Perfect location, easy parking, big comfortable room and amazing view! Breakfast was good too.

Set in a historical building, the Villa Patriot Boutique Hotel is convenient for guests who enjoy privacy and fine dining. It is located in the centre of Mariánské Lázně, close to the wood and the spa park. It offers elegant rooms, free internet and an on-site parking for a surcharge. Very comfortable and beautiful hotel at perfect location in the centrum of Mariáske Lazne. The weather was really bad (raining and cold), so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the nice view from the terrace to the town. Everything was clean and it looked almost like the hotel was brand new even though the building originates from the second half of the 19th century. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was also very extensive and served in the stylish restaurant downstairs. Parking was available at the hotel yard for extra price 125CZK per night.

Free internet access and a LCD satellite TV with DVD player are standard in every room. All spacious rooms have a minibar, telephone and electronic safe. It is very well located, nicely decorated room. Parking with little extra in front of the hotel. Special thanks for breakfast arranging personnel. We assumed breakfast starts 7 and were there at 7.15. The personnel kindly informed that it starts only at 8, but please take a seat and they quickly prepared for us bacon and eggs and salads and fruits etc. Also we arrived around12 at noon, and normal check in time is 2PM, but reception accepted us to have room earlier. So friendly and flexible staff.

The apartments also feature an equipped kitchen. Everything! I travel a lot and rarely does a property exceed my expectations but this hotel certainly did. It is a classic, nice big rooms are tastefully adorned and it is situated directly across from the Grand Pupp ( for a fraction of the price). The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met - big shout out to the manager Tomas who genuinely went out of his way to ensure I had a great stay. A very nice included breakfast to boot! Personally, can’t recommend it highly enough.
