All staff from reception,restaurants ,housekeeping an concierge were very friendly,polite,very good English speaking and very helpful. Rooftop rest bar was tasty and very nice Nile . Location was great close to tourists cities. Recommended for travelers.

El Iftar restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning, has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The buffet spread was a delightful blend of traditional and classic options, with an impressive array of cheeses that truly stood out. My husband and I would eagerly choose this hotel again when we return to Cairo.

Super suite-only hotel, with very large Egyptian style suites with modern bathrooms. Well-furnished rooms. Suite overlooked extremely busy street, which gave great atmosphere of excitement - but see below. Great breakfast (continental or Egyptian style) served on roof terrace overlooking old Cairo. Super in-house restaurant on roof terrace - ate there 3 nights out of 4 and loved each visit.
