There is a rooftop sun terrace with a seating area, small pool and views of the Pyrenees. Loved the extra access to the community pool in town and the proximity to shops and restaurants. The hotels restaurant was quite good. The room was spacious and quiet and everyone at the facility was kind and helpful.

Catalonia El Pilar is located in Zaragoza’s old town, 2 minutes’ walk from the central market and the Basilica del Pilar. It offers a modern gym, and rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

El Pilar is housed in an early 20th-century building designed in Modernist style and it still has the original wooden lifts. Great location, within walking distance to major tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes as well as transport network. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and secured. The staff were great, friendly, responsive and helpful too. Highly recommended for those visiting Zaragoza.

Most rooms at the Santa María de Alquezar open onto a balcony and offer views of the surrounding countryside. All are equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, a phone and a work desk. Room was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The view from the balcony is scenic. I was impressed by the painting on the corridors of the hotel. Nice and very helpful staff.
